Hello everyone,
Today we sailed out on a cloudy day but with very good sea conditions
During the morning tours, we encountered a Minke whale south Hjalteyri, plenty of birds such as Puffins, Arctic terns, Northern fulmars and Guillemots and two different Humpback Whales northeast of Hrísey, one of them being super curious as it came very close to our rib boat and surprised us with one of my favorite behaviour, “Spy hopping” popping its head above the water line to see what's going on.
In the afternoon, we spotted again Humpback Whales east and north Hrísey.

We had beautiful encounters today with the whales of Eyafjorður and we are looking forward to coming back tomorrow, so see you out there!
