Another great day out in our fjord! Today, we had mostly good weather conditions, a calm morning but the wind picked up a little bity throughout the day.
On our morning tour, we spotted one Humpback Whale just outside of Hjalteyri!
Our afternoon tours saw this same whale as well as five more further north! So after we sailed a bit further, we got to spot these beautiful Humpback Whales north of Grenivík. Three of them were swimming and surfacing right next to each other. They went for deep dives one after the other and we were able to see them really well. There were plenty of beautiful and close encounters during our tours today.
In total, we encountered six different Humpback Whales today! We are ready for our tours tomorrow to see which cetaceans we get to spot!
