Good afternoon,
We had calm weather conditions today with a little more swell further north in our fjord.
We truly had an amazing day out on the water! This morning, we spotted a total of five Humpback Whales north of Grenivík. We saw three of them even swimming together and had plenty of close encounters!
Our afternoon tours encountered four Humpback Whales in the same area. This time, two of them were surfacing together. They even came up right next to our RIB boat! We could hear their breaths so well as they surfaced this close to us! We really had breathtaking encounters and were super happy to be able to experience this.
So in total, we saw five different individuals of Humpback Whales during our tours today and had a fantastic time!
