Mostly overcast with some sunshine coming through today. A little bit of N wind in the morning, which then calmed down in the afternoon. Further north we encountered some swell coming from outside the fjord. No Precipitation.
In the morning we went out on our classic boat Hólmasól. On our way out we had one Minke Whale pop up out of nowhere in front of us which we followed around for a few minutes. While looking at this whale, we saw a couple Harbour Porpoises jumping around also. This all happened around the Buoy. We kept sailing further north and found ourselves in the middle of 10 Humpback Whales in Raudavik.
In the afternoon we went out with two of our Rib Boats and encountered very much the same Humpback Whales we already saw in the morning. Other than that we did also see a lot of Minke Whales on our way back. It must have been 4 or 5. And one of them did a lunge feed!
