Hello whale enthusiasts,

Today we set out in beautiful weather, calm water and a beautiful sunrise. All we needed to complete this idyll was to find whales. And that didn't take long today. Right behind the green buoy we met our first whale friend. Our guests had the opportunity to notice their majestic size of the Humpback Whales. Since the Humpback whale stayed below the water surface for a longer time, we went further north for further exploration. Near Hjalteyri we saw several whale exhalations. We had the opportunity to observe about four humpback whales in their natural environment for several dozen minutes... We had notice their differently colored tail fins, by which we can identify individual whales. We knew how to listen to the whales' exhalations and had the opportunity to see them up close. Whales are sometimes very curious and today some decided to come closer to the boat. What an amazing experience.
