The fjord was dreamy to sail in today, as long as it comes to sea conditions, the visibility was extremely little. There was also quite a lot of ice all the way up to Svalbardseyri, no problemo for our Konsull though. On the first tour we we encountered lots and lots of White Beaked Dolphins north of Hrisey, probably 20-30. Further more we watched about 20 Harbour Porpoises. Lots of thoothed whales today, as you can see.
Our second tour of the day leaving at 1pm, wasn’t as successful as the first one regarding encounteres. We did have a dreamy view at the landscape of the troll peninsula. The sun came out and I’d have loved to stay out there longer just to take the views in.
