A beautiful, sunny day in Eyjafjörður with great sailing conditions.
We spotted the two Humpback Whales in Pollurinn, just in front of Akureyri!
Both of them were once again surfacing very often and feeding at the surface. What a great way to start the tour! We watched them lunge feed and come up to the surface numerous times before heading further out continuing the search. We had a close look at the warm waterfall across from Akureyri and also spotted plenty of different birds along the way, before heading back south towards Akureyri.
We were very lucky again and got to encounter the two Humpbacks again in our harbor area!
Such a beautiful day on the water with impressive Humpback Whale encounters!
