We had an amazing day in the fjörð today! In the morning it was beautiful sunny weather. In the afternoon we had a little more wind, but the sun was still shining

In the morning we had the opportunity to see two sleeping humpback whales first. We all stayed quiet so as not to wake them up and listened to their whale breaths in silence. These whales needed a little longer rest, so we went further north, where we had whales everywhere we looked. It was amazing to watch these whales filling their bellies. We even saw bubble net feeding, which can be seen mainly in Alaska. We saw four whales working together and feeding together. We even looked at their baleen plates.

In the afternoon, harbour porpoises and four minke whales were waiting for us. Then we went north and saw the breaching of the humpback whale. What an awesome show. We also saw hungry humpback whales that were also filling their hungry bellies.

What an amazing day..

We are all looking forward to tomorrow!
