Today was a much-needed sunscreen day with a lot of whales in the fjord!

We were so excited to go out this morning in almost glassy conditions. Right away north of Svalbardseyri, we were able to spot one Minke Whale; which was quite easy with no waves. We then found 5 Humpback whales just outside of Hjalteyri.

On our tour in the afternoon, we had wind from the north and a bit more waves. We saw 4 Humpback whales and one Minke whale by Hjalteyri. They were actively feeding and we could even see them together, sometimes synchronizing their breath.
