Whale hello there!

Today we sailed out into our beautiful Eyjafjörður, in an outstanding morning, partly cloudy and only with a light Southern wind.

And just like the day, the whales didn’t disappoint. North of Hjaltery we saw our Humpback Whale Disy altogether with a bigger Humpback Whale nearby. This big guy we had not seen before, so it was fascinating. But behind these 2 Humpback Whales, we saw even more blows so we headed further north. North East of Rauðavik, we were also able to encounter 3 more Humpback Whales and a Minke Whale.
