We sailed out in good conditions today, but the wind and waves picked up further north in the fjord.
Unfortunately, we were unable to spot any cetaceans on today’s tour. We sailed around Hrísey in the northern part of our fjord and saw plenty of birds and beautiful landscape, but unfortunately no cetaceans.
As our tours take place in nature, this of course happens once in a while and we can never guarantee what or if we will see any wildlife on the tours.
We are, however, looking forward to our next tour tomorrow and hope to see all of today’s passengers on board with us again in the future with their complimentary tickets, which they received at the end of the tour to join us again within the next two years in Akureyri or Reykjavík!
